Why we exist
‘I was passionate about my work but started to come up against barriers in the organisation I couldn’t make sense of. Politics and hierarchy. Envy and competition. Anxiety and protectionism. I felt frustrated and confused…how can an organisation of highly skilled and caring people struggle to stay on task? I spent the next ten years studying, consulting, teaching and developing my own capacities to work with systemic and often unseen dynamics at play’.
I care about people feeling confident and clear about what they do and why they do it, and to make sense of the dynamics that seem to get in the way. My purpose is to bring what I’ve learnt to leaders in ways that are accessible and pragmatic.
